Product questions, setup help, privacy requests (access or deletion), press, and anything about the Cloud launch list. For anything sensitive — credentials, private repository details — email instead of filing a public issue.
Bugs and feature requests
Open an issue on GitHub where the record helps everyone — the skill, the CLI, and the install script all live there. Include your OS, Node version, onecue status output, and what you expected versus what happened.
What to expect
OneCue is a small independent project. Replies come from a person, typically within a few days. If you joined the Cloud waitlist and want out, email hello@onecue.sh from the same address and we’ll remove you.
